Fairchild Base Pass Application
The SFCC Fairchild AFB Education Center, located at 6 West Castle Street on Fairchild Air Force
Base, offers college transfer and a variety of other courses in a "state of the art" education
facility. Students without official military credentials to access Fairchild are required to complete an
SFCC Student Base Pass Application
at least two weeks prior to the start of classes.
The center is open to the general public and serves Lincoln County and the West Plains area.
The center enables community and base personnel to work towards an Associate of Arts Degree from
Spokane Falls Community College as well as the Community College of the Air Force. Student counseling,
financial aid advising, and other essential support services are provided at the center on an
appointment basis. The Fairchild base library, also located within the education center, provides
library services and course reference materials to support students’ academic studies. For

Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts (MyCAA)
Is your spouse a military member currently serving on active duty? If so, you may be eligible for
a new financial aid program for military spouses called MyCAA. MyCAA stands for Military Spouse
Career Advancement Accounts (MyCAA). The MyCAA program offers up to $6,000 to military spouses who
are interested in pursuing degree programs, licenses or credentials leading to careers in high
growth, high demand portable career fields.
